THE FARM

Handcrafted production

Gelato production is based in a craft business on a small farm on the outskirts of Turin in Italy. The milk used for our gelato comes from this farm, where only Montbeliarde cows are raised using hay from nearby fields to ensure the cows' welfare.

No preservatives

Gelato Angel's quality philosophy is to use only fresh, high quality milk, free range eggs and fruit, ripened and harvested by Italy's best suppliers, to create an authentic, creamy and fragrant Italian gelato.

Low temperature is the only preservative used in Gelato Angel. No use of dyes, flavors or emulsifiers. Without artifice or use of fast-track procedures.
